This Mini was built on July 4th, 1968 and registered by Mann Egerton of Wimbledon on July 15th. This means it just made the F plate prior to G coming in soon after.
 
The engine number prefix 9F-SA-Y confirms the car was built on a 3 synchro mesh gearbox. 
 
A full nut and bolt restoration has been carried out to the highest standard by an ex production line engineer who is believed to have worked on the original production line between 1963 - 1968.
